Welcome to your Trinity managed property.
We expect your experience to be pleasant and convenient.
To aid in this please start by activating your personal Tenant Portal. You can schedule AUTOPAY for your rent each month securely online with several choices of payment options. Our online system also provides the opportunity for you to keep us informed about the property. You can submit routine work orders through your portal.
Any emergency work order such as running water, no water, no heat in the winter or no A/C in the summer are just a few examples of emergencies. All emergencies must be called in to
817-599-3131. If it is after hours or over a weekend, call the same phone number and listen to the voicemail prompts. When you hear “if this is a tenant with a maintenance emergency” it will instruct you how to leave your name, address, phone number and the nature of your emergency. A Trinity Management representative will call you to find out further details of your emergency.
