We would first encourage you to activate your personal Tenant Portal. This portal allows you to do numerous tasks at your convenience. You can sign up for monthly email rent payment reminders. You can also schedule, pay and track rent payments securely online in a choice of payment options. Our online system also provides the opportunity for you to keep us informed about the property. You can submit routine work orders through your portal.
Any emergency work orders such as running water, no water, no heat in the winter or no A/C in the summer are just a few examples of emergencies. All emergencies must be called in to 817-599-3131. If it is after hours or over a weekend, call the same phone number and listen to the voice mail prompts. When you hear “if this is a tenant with a maintenance emergency” it will instruct you how to leave your name, address, phone number and the nature of your emergency. A Trinity Management representative will call you to find out further details of your emergency.
